Ship allegedly carrying N. Korean coal spotted in S. Korean port: Report

An official from South Korea's foreign ministry says an investigation is underway into whether a vessel allegedly containing banned North Korean coal... docked in and departed from the South Korean western port city of Pyeongtaek last week.
It's not clear if the ship is suspected of unloading any coal.
This follows a report by U.S.-based Voice of America on Sunday, citing the Marine Traffic website, that a Belize-flagged ship, the "Shinning Rich," was spotted in Pyeongtaek last Thursday, local time,... and set sail for Tianjin , China on Saturday.
The ship is suspected of being used by North Korea to get around a UN ban on trading its goods.
