Portland police in riot gear marched on and reportedly threw flash-bangs at protesters and attendees of the “Gibson for Senate Freedom March,” a Patriot Prayer event on August 4.Portland police said those with the appropriate licenses would be allowed to carry handguns but that rifles or other “long-guns” were prohibited.Joey Gibson, the founder of Patriot Prayer, streamed via Facebook Live on July 30, saying guns would only be used in the case of self-defense.These videos show riot police marching towards protest attendees.
