Buildings, trees and power lines were damaged as rain and high winds hit the town of Webster, Massachusetts, on August 4. This video from Robert O’Connor shows both the storm passing through and damage left in its wake.The National Weather Service in Boston had issued a tornado warning for Webster and nearby areas shortly before the storm rolled in.
