Shama Sikander is an Indian actress who is best remembered for her lead role in the TV series Yeh Meri Life Hai. She has appeared in a few Bollywood movies. Her film debut came at the age of 16, in 1998 with the Hindi-language feature film Prem Aggan, including the Aamir Khan starrer Mann in 1999.
