Air Selangor to pay RM2.55b in Splash takeover

Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) will pay RM2.55 billion in the deal to take over Syarikat Pengeluar Air Sungai Selangor Sdn Bhd (Splash).
Selangor MB Amirudin Shari said the value is 28 percent less than the net book value of the company, which was at RM3.54 billion as of 30th June 2018.
