Video Shows Worm Crawling in Diner's Fish Dish at New Jersey Restaurant

An unwelcome extra ingredient was discovered in a customer’s meal while she was dining at Stella Marina Bar & Restaurant in New Jersey.A video shared to Facebook by Jim Guinee on July 28 shows the cod his girlfriend, Jennifer, ordered for dinner while out celebrating an aunt’s 80th birthday. Worms can be seen crawling in the fish dish, much to disgust of Guinee and his family.“Happy 80th Birthday dinner to Aunt Dot and sorry to Jen about the surprise guest in your fish,” Guinee captioned the video, which had over 280,000 views at the time of writing.Stella Marina Bar & Restaurant has since apologized, and assured its customers that it was an isolated incident.
