'Star Trek Beyond' stars on Sulu's sexuality

Star Trek Beyond stars John Cho and Simon Pegg, who also co-wrote the movie and director Justin Lin talk about the decision to change the sexuality of the Sulu character, who will be revealed as being in a gay relationship in the latest instalment of the spacefaring series.
'Star Trek Beyond' sees the crew of the USS Enterprise, halfway into their five-year mission, attacked by a seemingly unstoppable wave of unknown aliens, forcing them to abandon ship. Stranded on an unknown planet and with no apparent means of rescue, the crew find themselves in conflict with a new and ruthless enemy.
Star Trek Beyond opens in UK cinemas on 22nd July.
