Man surprises girlfriend with proposal in front of Alaska glacier

Shelly Short’s trip to Alaska with her boyfriend Kyle was even more memorable than she was expecting.
In the clip, filmed July 25, shows the couple getting engaged while on a cruise in Resurrection Bay with their family.
The couple can be seen taking a picture together in front of a glacier when suddenly Kyle knees down to ask Shelly to marry him.
Shelly later wrote online: ''It was such a beautiful yet eerie site, we were excited to go outside and take pictures in front of the glacier. My sister Annie said, 'you guys should take another picture'.
''We started to get into the picture taking position, and that's when Kyle got down on one knee and asked me to marry him.
‘’I was in disbelief but was so elated.
''Everyone on upstairs deck was watching as the proposal took place and cheering.
''After I said yes, one of the employees of the cruise, fished out a chunk of the glacier ice and gave us ‘a rock to put the rock on'.''
