The Small and Medium Enterprise Corporation and Oxfam International have joined forces to develop the SME sector in PNG.

An MOU was signed today by both agencies to begin a four-year partnership to progress the sector.

SMEC Managing director, Steven Maken, said this was a historic occasion.
