Heavy summer rain in Bulgaria has prompted one resident in the Black Sea city of Varna to take to the streets in a rubber dinghy rather than his usual car.
Varna has "huge issues with the sewer system and almost every big rain causes enormous jams, floods subways," according to the filmer.
"He is (not so subtly) telling our politicians to fix the sewers," they speculated.
