DIFFERENT YET THE SAME:
The song lyrics say we are different, and that can't be more true. Yet many of us can't understand why other people, with their different personalities, don't see the world the same way as we do. Imagine how boring the world would be if we are all alike, with the same stories to tell.
However, on another level, I feel we are all the same. Take out our stories and our personalities, and we are on a same clean slate. What's left are the beautiful souls beneath the pains and hurts. Those perfect pieces of us are so full of potential. Despite our differences, we are actually all the same. Does that make sense to you?
