Ingredients:
For Gravy
6 Tomatoes, chopped
3 Onions, chopped
1/4 cup Cashews
1 inch Cinnamon
1 Cardamom seeds
1 Bay leaf
Water as required

Masala For Tempering
3 Red Chillies, deseeded
2 Garlic Cloves

For Shahi Paneer Tempering:
1/2 tsp Oil
1 tsp Chilli Garlic Masala
1 tbsp Kasoori Methi
1 tsp Raw Sugar
Salt to taste
250 grams Tofu, cubed

Method of preparation:
For Gravy
In a vessel add tomatoes, onions, cashews, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, cook it on low flame with some water till its done.
Once it's done switch off the gas and let it cool.
Once the mixture cools down, remove the bay leaf and grind it.
Our Shahi Paneer gravy is ready.

Masala For Tempering
In a mixer jar add red chillies, garlic and grind them into a paste.

For Shahi Paneer Tempering:
Heat oil in a vessel, add chilli garlic masala, let it cook for a minute.
Add kasoori methi, gravy, raw sugar, salt, cook it for 5 minutes.
Add tofu cubes and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Our Shahi Paneer is ready.
