Thomas is a canal enthusiast and dedicated volunteer with the Scottish Waterways Trust. While out volunteering at the Forth and Clyde canal, he captured the unusual sight of a family of swans leaping over lock gates.The brave swans took the jump as a short cut to avoid getting out of the canal and walking the long way around the gates.
