Puigdemont Bails On Germany After Learning He Could Be Extradited To Spain

Former Catalan leader Carles Puigdemont returned from Germany to Belgium on Saturday. According to Reuters, the move was in response to Spain's attempt to extradite him from Germany. He's been charged with rebellion over what the Spanish government calls an illegal declaration of independence.
