Cop Slaps Bus Driver

This is the shocking moment a hot-headed cop was caught on camera slapping a bus driver - who allegedly tried to bribe him. PO1 Edmar Costo had been directing traffic when he pulled over driver Joel Mametis in Paranaque City, Philippines, on Wednesday (25/07) at 4.30pm after the bus doors were left open.brThe driver is heard saying that there was a mechanical error and that he was unable to close them. But the policeman demands to see his licence before striking the terrified driver twice across the face when he is unable to produce his ID.
