How to Watch The Longest Lunar Eclipse
This Century The 21st century’s longest lunar eclipse will arrive tonight and last 1 hour and 43 minutes. Those in Australia, Indonesia, and other eastern regions can see it as the moon sets, while others in Europe, western Africa, and South America can see it when
it rises. In the U.S., where the event will not be visible, you can watch a live stream on The Weather Channel starting at 4 PM Eastern Time. Earlier this year, the world got a glimpse of a total lunar eclipse on January 31. According to NASA, the U.S. will have to wait until July 2020 to witness its next lunar eclipse.
