Georgia state lawmaker Jason Spencer is resigning after appearing in Sacha Baron Cohen’s show. In “Who Is America” Spencer yelled racial slurs and showed his underwear to scare jihadists. According to UPROXX, Spencer blamed his actions on Cohen’s character and his fears at the time. If he had stay he would have been eligible for taxpayer-subsidized health insurance for life. But if he had not resigned, Spencer would have face repercussions from Georgia Republican leaders.
