Routes 39 and 743 remain closed and at least 13 residents were evacuated from their homes to a Red Cross shelter at Hershey High School, local newspaper Penn Live reported.Hersheypark announced the park would be closed on Thursday, the third time this week, because of the flooding on Spring Creek, which runs throughout the park.
