Elin Errson, a Swedish student and activist, stopped the deportation of an asylum seeker to Afghanistan by refusing to sit down on a plane. The flight was unable to take off without every passenger being seated. Errson filmed a Facebook live of her peaceful protest on July 23 which included both anger and support from her fellow passengers.
