Sinkhole Swallows Car in Sheridan, Colorado

A sinkhole swallowed a car in Sheridan, Colorado, on July 24, as storms swept the north of the state.The Denver Post reported that the driver of the vehicle was able to get out before it entered the sinkhole on West Oxford Avenue.A police officer was injured in April 2015 after his cruiser fell into a sinkhole on the same stretch of road, according to the Post.“Your day can always get worse,” said Tye Adams in a Facebook post with video of the incident.
