Russian Hackers Infiltrated US Power Networks

On Tuesday Business Insider reported that the US has accused Russian hackers of infiltrating US power companies last year and having the ability to cause widespread blackouts. Symantec first reported on the hacking campaign in 2017 by the state-sponsored group Dragonfly. The Department of Homeland Security said attacks began in 2016 and continued through 2017, and believed it was most likely still ongoing.
