For cool DIY ice cubes freeze large cubes with pomegranate arils (seeds) in them. Ice molds are available online. Atomic Orange Cocktail Recipe: 1 1/2 oz vodka 3/4 oz PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur: http://bit.ly/18fyh4D 3/4 oz Tangerine Ginger Water (recipe follows) Instructions: Measure vodka, PAMA and Tangerine Ginger Water into a mixing glass. Fill with ice, then cap and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass with a large ice cube or filled with fresh ice. Garnish: thin slice of tangerine or Fresh Origins Fire Stick: http://bit.ly/FreshOrigins Tangerine Ginger Water Recipe: Makes 8 ounces 2 peeled tangerines or clementines, halved 1/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup water 1 slice fresh ginger -------------------------------------- 1 teaspoon Dale DeGroff's Pimento Aromatic Bitters, Liquid Kitchen Bitters (or substitute your favorite bitters) Instructions: Combine tangerines, sugar, water, and ginger in a high-powered blender and process until mixture is smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer. Stir in bitters. Store refrigerated for up to one week.
