A gunman barricaded himself inside a Trader Joe’s supermarket in Silver Lake, Los Angeles, on Saturday, July 21, after he crashed his car near the store following a police pursuit.Police said the man shot his grandmother and a second woman at her residence before feeling in a Toyota Camry, CBS reported. After crashing his vehicle, the man reportedly shot at officers. No officers were injured.Will Loughlin, who livestreamed from the scene, told Storyful people trapped inside the store were hiding in closets and communicating to the outside on their phones. He said police had climbed onto the rooftops of nearby stores.In this video, onlookers stand in the area, which is dense with police and emergency services vehicles.
