முதலமைச்சருக்கும், அரசுக்கும் தெரியாமல் தலைமைச் செயலாளர் ஏற்பாட்டில் ஆளுநர் ஆய்வு செய்கிறார் என்று எதிர்க்கட்சித்தலைவர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் குற்றம்சாட்டியுள்ளார். சட்டப்பேரவையில் இருந்து வெளிநடப்பு செய்த மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் தமிழகத்தில் இரட்டை ஆட்சி நடைபெற்று வருவதாகவும் குற்றம்சாட்டினார்.
