A 24-year-old man from Kurnool has written to the President Ramnath Kovind to grant him permission for mercy killing. He claims he has been a victim of sexual abuse since childhood and has been abused multiple times by family members, teachers at different schools. He is also an LGBTQ activist and has said that after seeing plenty of cases of men being abused across the country- he has decided to write to the President for mercy killing.
