According to a report by Extra, actor George Clooney is recovering following a terrifying scooter accident on Tuesday. TMZ reported that Clooney had been riding his scooter at around 60 mph when a car pulled in front of him near Costra Corallina in Sardinia. Clooney reportedly did not sustain life-threatening injuries and was discharged from a hospital the same day, leaving with wife Amal. Extra reports that while Clooney had no fractures, there was reportedly trauma to his pelvis, hip, and knee, which is expected to heal in approximately three weeks.
