Migrant children who were detained say they weren't allowed to hug each other, run, cry, or use nicknames

Business Insider reports that children in the over 100 holding facilities for migrants separated from their families have to adhere to strict rules. The New York Times reported that one rule one little girl named Leticia had to abide by in her Texas facility was that you cannot touch another child, even if they were your little brother or sister.
The rule often meant that children had to resort to hugging themselves.
