Donald Trump Reiterates Relationship Between The U.S. And U.K. Remains Strong

President Donald Trump has reiterated that the relationship between the U.S. and the U.K. remains strong, despite suggesting Prime Minister Theresa May's Brexit White Paper could “end a major trade relationship with the U.S.” Trump and May had dinner together at Blenheim Palace on July 12, and on July 13 the President told reporters they spoke for an hour and said “I think we probably never developed a better relationship than last night… It was really something.”
