Trump lies that immigrants are dangerous. In fact, statistics show that immigrant communities and immigrants themselves tend to be more law-abiding that American citizens.
The lack of empathy that has seeped into our culture is disturbing. It is fomented by the lies. "And to not remember that people don't show up on your doorstep in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, California--they don't show up there because they want to become millionaires. They show up because they are terrified and either have no capability of making money anymore or have are being attacked. Their children are been kidnapped."
