Firefighters in Zagreb, Croatia, are asking residents to be safe with pyrotechnics during any World Cup celebrations on July 11 after they were forced to miss the end of the quarter-final match between Croatia and Russia four days previously.In a video shared on the Zagreb Fire Department’s Facebook page, firefighters can be seen in the firehouse surrounding a television watching the July 7 game between Croatia and Russia. A call comes in which prompts the firemen to jump to action, get their gear on and jump in the truck, right at the last penalty shot — which secured Croatia’s spot in the World Cup semi-final — is about to be taken.As of writing, the footage has over 200,000 views on Facebook.
