SC nod to TN Premier League T20 tournament, says no outside player can participate

SC green flags holding of Tamil Nadu Premier League T20 tournament after BCCI says it has no objection to the event. However, SC upheld Committee of Administrators objection that no player, who is not registered with Tamil Nadu Cricket Association, would play in the tournament.
