A shocking video has emerged from Mumbai were a fractured railway track was fixed using a piece of cloth to let a local train pass over. The incident took place in Mankhurd railway station on the harbour line of Mumbai suburban railway network. It comes days after Bombay High Court rapped the railways for not taking any concrete steps to prevent submerging of tracks under water in monsoon season.
