"My inspector was Rick and he was great. In fact, even the seller's agent commented that we must have had a good inspector for him to find the issue he did. It required turning using several items at the same time in the bathroom to produce a large leak in the basement and we sure are glad he did. Rick was extremely professional and found all same issues that we happened to notice (and more) so we were very thankful. I also felt they were very reasonably priced and the setup of the appointment went very smooth, they were even able to accommodate starting the inspection at 3 instead of 1 pm."
