As Mumbai received heaviest ever rainfall in 24 hours, several areas remain completely waterlogged. School and colleges remain shut today while local trains are running late by 10 to 15 minutes. Maximum City received five times the average rainfall yesterday bringing Mumbai to a complete standstill. Traffic has been diverted due to water logging at Andheri subway and flight services at Airport have been delayed by at least 30 minutes.
