When lawyer Tom Lallas tried to extend a temporary restraining order against Lee’s former manager… Lallas was denied the motion by a judge who wanted clarification on who represented Lee. Lee’s daughter and her attorneys provided a signed declaration by Lee denouncing Lallas. Instead his daughter’s lawyers asserted that they were the ones who truly represented Lee.
