According to US Weekly, Amber Heard is responding to criticism over a recent tweet.
The 32-year-old actress tweeted about an ICE checkpoint earlier in the week.
“Just heard there’s an ICE checkpoint in hollywood, a few blocks from where I live. Everyone better give their housekeepers, nannies and landscapers a ride home tonight.”
Heard soon faced strong backlash for the since-deleted tweet.
She was slammed for implying “housekeepers, nannies and landscapers” are illegal immigrants.
