Anthony Yarde: I’m going to become a legend in boxing
  • 5 years ago
Anthony Yarde has boldly declared he’s going to the top and will become a world ruler in the light heavyweight division.

Yarde first looks to move to 10 victories without reply against late replacement Darren Snow at the Leicester Arena on Saturday night, live on BT Sport and BoxNation.

Then the 25-year-old is planning to claim his first title, with a clash for the Southern area belt against Chris Hobbs at the Copper Box Arena in London on May 20.

‘The Beast’ is becoming a feared puncher, with eight TKOs from his nine pro bouts, and has been tipped for big things by his promoter Frank Warren.

The man himself believes the sky is the limit and told Seconds Out reporter Craig Birch that he’ll be unifying world titles one day.
