Strange ultra-localised downpour falls in northern China

This strange case of ultra-localised rain was filmed in northern China's Jilin Province last Saturday (June 30). In the clip, captured in Tonghua City, the localised rainstorm can be seen moving from one side to another side rapidly, above a river. A man can be heard saying: "Ah! The rain is coming. You can see it clearly."
