Congress it cell is hit by a sexual harassment allegation. A female worker in the IT cell has alleged that one of members from the same department sexually harassed her. The woman has alleged that one Chairag Patnaik violated her private space and harassed her. What is more shocking that the victim narrated her plight in a email marked to Congress President Rahul Gandhi and Congress IT cell head Divya Spandana on June 28 but till now no action has been initiated as yet.
