James Wade is still in the running to remain in the PDC Premier League after a 7-4 win over Adrian Lewis in Birmingham.
‘The Machine’ motored past Lewis after the two were tied at 4-4 to keep alive his hopes of making the play-offs.
Wade now takes on Gary Anderson in Sheffield and Dave Chisnall in Aberdeen over the next two Thursdays, with places for the play-offs still up for grabs.
The 34-year-old was his jovial self after the result and had a good laugh at Tungsten Tales reporter Craig Birch’s expense!
