According to a report by Reuters, White House National Security Advisor, John Bolton, said on Sunday that he believes that most of North Korea's nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons programs could be dismantled inside a year. While speaking on CBS's 'Face the Nation,' Bolton said that Washington has a program in place that would dismantle North Korea's weapons programs in just a year.
