Sebastian Vettel Is Penalized For Impeding Carlos Sainz Jr.

According to Autosport, Formula 1 title contender Sebastian Vettel has been penalized. Vettel was penalized during the second segment of Austrian Grand Prix qualifying. He was penalized for impeding Carlos Sainz Jr. Although Vettel said he did not see Sainz, they judged that was not reason enough to absolve him. Vettel qualified third but he will be sent to sixth on the grid because of the penalty.
