The Celtics avenged one of their few losses this season Sunday afternoon with an impressive defensive performance. Boston nearly held Andre Drummond scoreless and snuffed out the Pistons' entire offense in a 91-81 victory on its first visit to the new Little Caesar's Arena. Al Horford scored 19 points to lead the way for Boston.
