After going up 1-0 on the Washington Wizards in their second-round NBA Playoff series, the Boston Celtics had an off-day Monday. In the meantime, Paul Pierce's career came to a close and his jersey will be retired in Boston. Larry Bird also stepped down officially from the Indiana Pacers. Markieff Morris claims he'll play on sprained ankle for Wizards in Game 2, while Isaiah Thomas missed practice for a much-needed dental appointment.
