Al Horford put in a great effort on the glass, grabbing a game-high 12 rebounds (11 of which came on the defensive end), while Gerald Green - in his second consecutive start - gave the team a lift with a playoff career-high 18 points.
The Celtics have a chance to take their first series lead with a Game 5 victory back in Boston Wednesday night.
