Mike "The Scotsman" Munger joined CLNS Radio's Celtics Late Night Show in 2009-10 with "Scottish Torture Chamber". In this fan-favorite segment, "Scotty" would tear apart the NBA officials like no one, other than Tommy Heinsohn.
On April 11, 2012, the Boston Celtics beat the Atlanta Hawks in OT. This game proved to be one of the more questionably called games of the season. NOTHING fires the Scotsman up more than poor officiating AND the Atlanta Hawks. In this episode of CLNS Radio's Boston Celtics Post Game Show, Scotty broke out an old school, impromptu version of the "Torture Chamber."
Immediately following the game, CLNS Radio's Mailbag filled up with listener/reader requests for a copy of that now infamous ref-rant! Here is that copy.
