Former Pixar Employee Calls Out Company's 'Open Sexism' In a column for 'Variety,' Cassandra Smolcic detailed her experience working as a graphic designer for Pixar. She says she personally experienced sexual harassment over her five years of employment with the company. Most scathing is her revelation is that some of the harassment was at the hands of co-founder and former chief John Lasseter.
