Close up footage shows ferocious Saddleworth Moor blaze

The Saddleworth Moor fire in Greater Manchester continued to burn into the early hours of Wednesday (June 27), with overnight evacuations being ordered as the flames drew close to residential property.
In the video, filmed by independent local news reporter Stuart Littleford, the faint outline of a man can be seen.
Eyewitnesses told the filmer that he was attempting to rescue animals at the time.
According to local media, residents from at least 30 homes had to flee as authorities reported the fire edging as close as 200 metres from their homes. Fire services said that the dry and extremely hot conditions in the night were fueling the spread of the fire.
The fire has now been declared a major incident.
