Transport Minister Anthony Loke said that the Ministry of Transport will be looking the development of affordable homes on land owned by the Railway Assets Corp's (RAC), a corporation under the MoT.

He said the RAC owned land along the railway tracks as well as land in some prime areas which are up for development and they were looking at mixed development as well as the development of affordable homes.
