Where's Derrick at? Well judging from the leading version of this EP he's at a Mexican Carnival. On peyote. Like a very, very stoned Green Velvet in a reflective mood, Derrick's gruff vocal creeps over a warped Latin-influenced techy groove with trumpets and analogue squiggles fighting for attention. The BHQ mixes see Carter get more punchy, with the heavily looped up vocal chanting 'Is this all there is?' with some urgency, while the groove clanks away behind.
